And if you are really intense about your Oreos, then you take it a step further. You dunk. Yes, it may look rather cavemanesque, but it's Oreos we're talking about here. This isn't a beauty pageant. And dunking isn't a pretty sport. But goodness gracious does it have its pay-offs…and also its setbacks.
We've all been there! In the middle of dunking our precious cargo in the milky liquid matter, so many things can happen. You'll get what I mean in a minute.
1. THE SINKING SHIP
You drop your Oreo in the cup and have to wait for all your milk to be gone until you can get it. By the time that happens… it's too soggy to even be considered an Oreo anymore.

2. THE WATER LOG
You leave it submerged too long. It gets soggy and breaks into little pieces. Oreo = no more.

3. THE KAMIKAZE FLYER
You bring the Oreo up for a bite and some of it breaks off from being too soggy. This absolutely sucks, makes you want to cry and makes a big mess around your dunking area.
5. THE LITTLE DIPPER
You don't have enough milk in your glass to submerge the Oreo fully. You have absolutely no more milk in the fridge. What now?
So how do you solve these problems?? I'm glad you asked! The solution is simple and requires one thing: A FORK. While dunking, you should insert the prongs into the Oreo's icing. Problem solved.
The fork is the perfect solution to all the mishaps listed above. You can't lose your Oreo to the milky deep if it's secured to your fork... you're more easily able to monitor the sogginess of your Oreo if it's attached to the fork, which then means your Oreo won't break off. Also! If you're running low on milk, use your fork as an extender to reach the little bit that's left.
But when it comes to the cup thing… I mean come on, use your brain here. Get a bigger cup, friend.
